These terms apply to everyone who uses buycustompaper.com or orders from Buy Custom Paper. We make custom printed paper and custom packaging to order, including boxes, bags, wrapping paper, tissue paper, sleeves and inserts. By using the site, requesting a quote or placing an order you accept these terms. We may update them at any time, so please check this page from time to time.

All text, graphics, designs and other material on this site belong to Buy Custom Paper unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, republish or modify any of it without our written permission.
Using Our Website
- Please give accurate, complete information when you request a quote or place an order.
- Do not send artwork that infringes anyone else’s copyright or trademark. You are responsible for having the right to print everything you send us.
- By ordering, you confirm that you are of legal age and authorised to place the order on behalf of your business.
- Your use of the site is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
Quotes, Prices and Payment
- Quotes are based on the size, material, print, finish and quantity you give us. If any of these change, the price may change too.

Artwork and File Requirements
- Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) give the best results. Images should be at least 300 DPI at print size.
- Please supply artwork in CMYK. Files sent in RGB will be converted, and colours may shift slightly as a result.
- Use the dieline (template) we provide for boxes, bags, sleeves and inserts, and keep important text and logos inside the safe area.
- We aren’t responsible for blurry or pixelated print caused by low-resolution or incorrectly set-up files. If we spot a problem we’ll tell you before printing.
Proofs and Approval
Before production we send a digital proof showing your artwork, size and print layout. Production only starts once you approve it, so please check spelling, colours, sizing, artwork position and quantity carefully. Changes can’t be made after approval.
Colour Accuracy
Screens and printers show colour differently. Printed packaging is usually very close to the approved digital proof, but small variations are normal, especially on kraft, tissue or tinted stock. If an exact match matters, ask about a physical proof or sample before production [TO CONFIRM: availability and cost].
Materials and Food Contact
Some of our products, such as wrapping papers, liners and food boxes, are intended to touch food. Please tell us what each item will be used for (hot, cold, greasy or frozen food, for example) so we can recommend a suitable material and coating. Things We Can’t Be Held Responsible For
Once a proof is approved, we can’t accept responsibility for:
- Spelling, grammar, punctuation or font errors in supplied or approved artwork
- Graphic marks, crop marks or dielines left in your files
- Overprinting effects that were visible on the proof
- Minor differences in finished size within normal cutting and folding tolerances [TO CONFIRM: tolerance]
Order Cancellation
Because every order is made to your specification, orders can’t be cancelled or refunded once production has started. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains what happens before and after proof approval.
Quantities
Printing and converting runs can produce slightly more or fewer pieces than ordered. If you need an exact minimum quantity, please tell us before production.
Production Time

Shipping and Delivery

- We aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control, or by late or incomplete files.
- If an order has to be reshipped because of an incorrect address supplied by you, the extra shipping cost will be charged to you.
Defects and Reprints
Custom printed products can’t be returned or refunded for change of mind. If something arrives defective, is the wrong item, or doesn’t match your approved proof because of our mistake, we will reprint, replace or refund the affected items. Contact us with photos and your order number and we’ll put it right.
Limitation of Liability
Buy Custom Paper, its staff and suppliers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by improper use of our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. [TO CONFIRM: have this clause reviewed by your legal adviser.]
